What is a notary public?

What documents can you notarize?
We notarize affidavits, powers of attorney, trust & estate documents, loan signings, international documents, and more. If unsure, select 'Other' when booking.
What is the difference between office and mobile notary services?
Office appointments take place at our Cerritos office. Mobile notary services allow us to travel to your home, workplace, or facility.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All services are by appointment only.
How do I book an appointment?
Click 'Book Appointment', select office or mobile, choose a service, date, and time, and enter your details.
Can I book same-day appointments?
Yes, subject to availability shown in our booking calendar.
What ID do I need?
A valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. All signers must be present at the time of notarization.
Do you offer Live Scan fingerprinting?
Yes. Live Scan fingerprinting is available by appointment.
Do you notarize international documents?
Yes. We notarize documents intended for international use and can advise on apostille requirements.
What if my service isn’t listed?
Select 'Other' in the booking form and provide details in the Notes section.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Please notify us as early as possible. Late cancellations for mobile appointments may incur a fee.
